Your Role: Culinary Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As a passionate advocate for freshness and quality, you will contribute to the success of our kitchen team.

Your key responsibilities as Culinary Operations Coordinator include:

  • Maintaining impeccable food safety and hygiene standards
  • Providing guidance and training to junior kitchen staff on best practices for food storage, rotation, and disposal
  • Participating in menu development as needed
  • Preparing fresh ingredients to a consistently high standard
  • Managing food costs through efficient portion control and raw ingredient management
  • Ensuring accurate stocking and rotation of ingredients
  • Implementing health and safety protocols during food preparation
Key Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment
  • A genuine enthusiasm for preparing fresh foods
  • A systematic and composed approach to work under pressure
  • Precise planning and organizational skills
  • The ability to provide constructive feedback and receive it graciously
Salary Range: £24,500 - £34,000 per annum
