Overnight Services Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an Overnight Services Coordinator to join our Front Office Team at our St Andrews property. As an Overnight Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising overnight services, ensuring a high level of service delivery to our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise overnight services, including guest check-in, key control, and access management.
  • Monitor and maintain the security and safety of our guests and property.
  • Respond to any incidents or emergencies, using initiative and judgment to resolve situations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
