Job Description
Fife Council is recruiting a Secondary School Clerk to provide administrative support in one of our secondary schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Key Duties
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to teachers and other school staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Pupil Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date pupil records, including attendance and achievement data.
  • Customer Service: Deliver a professional and friendly service to pupils, parents, and other stakeholders, responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Financial Transactions: Manage financial transactions, including ordering, receipting, and resolving queries.
  • School Events: Assist with the planning and organization of school events, including parents' evenings and open days.

Essential Requirements
  • SCQF level 5 qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in an education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum
