Job Opportunity: Traffic Clerk

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the role of Traffic Clerk. This exciting opportunity will enable you to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same.


About the Role

This position will see you working closely with our team to ensure that parcels and mail are processed efficiently and effectively. Your main responsibility will be to manage the flow of traffic in our operations centre, ensuring that all packages are handled and dispatched on time.


Responsibilities
  1. Process parcels and mail: You will be responsible for sorting, scanning, and dispatching parcels and mail to their destinations.
  2. Maintain accurate records: You will need to keep detailed records of all transactions, including tracking numbers and delivery times.
  3. Communicate with customers: You will interact with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have regarding their shipments.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
  • High level of organization: You will need to be highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills: You should have basic computer skills, including knowledge of software applications such as Excel and Word.
