Job Description


As a Traffic Clerk at DX Network Services Limited, you will provide administrative support to the traffic teams ensuring accurate flow of information throughout the traffic and warehousing operations. You will have extensive contact with external customers answering queries and providing up-to-date delivery information.



Key Responsibilities



  • Evaluate and ensure all traffic and warehousing operations are conducted in line with company operating procedures
  • Support on-road management of the traffic operation through effective communication and guidance
  • Complete all required administrative tasks according to company requirements
  • Deal with customer/driver enquiries in a polite and effective manner
  • Ensure service level targets and KPIs are achieved by maximizing fleet utilization
  • Demonstrate high competence in Excel and IT literacy
  • Escalate and resolve service complaints effectively to protect the company image and brand
  • Gain knowledge of warehousing operations


Required Skills and Qualifications


Prior experience in traffic, warehousing or logistics operations is preferred, along with good local geographical knowledge.
