Job Description:
- Provide administrative support for the traffic teams, ensuring the accurate flow of information throughout traffic and warehousing operations.
- Elevate issues where necessary to ensure seamless operations.
- Maximize fleet utilization to achieve service level targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with colleagues to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Demonstrate expertise in Excel to analyze data and drive business decisions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in logistics operations or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of warehousing operations and transportation management systems.
