At Sealed Air Corporation, we are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in creating and maintaining our EAT Training Program for production and maintenance departments.

Key Responsibilities:

With your expertise, we will work together to develop a comprehensive training program that is meaningful, relevant, efficient, and replicable across our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the training structure to meet our EAT Training Program requirements
  • Reviewing and updating existing standard operating procedures, risk assessments, and operating standards to ensure relevance and currency
  • Supporting site teams with training methodology for new and existing trainers to ensure standardized training delivery
  • Establishing a regular auditing process for our EAT Training Program to ensure ongoing improvement
  • Collecting and implementing best practices from other sites to enhance training and upskilling of our workforce
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date training records and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborating with site management to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training to improve site safety, quality, and efficiency
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in training coordination within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent organizational, methodical, and communication skills
  • A creative and innovative approach to training development
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
Desirable Qualifications:

We also welcome applicants with experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, including 5S, PDCA, DMAIC, and VSM. A Yellow Belt or Green Belt qualification would be an advantage.
