Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities with cross-functional teams
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and effective maintenance
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including operations and maintenance teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance planning and coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
