Job Summary

Acorn Engineering Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning, estimation, and execution of maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and budgets, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct site surveys and gather data to inform maintenance planning and estimation.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents, proposals, and other sales-related materials.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of maintenance procedures and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications.
