Construction Site Manager

As a key member of the BRUSH Group team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and supervise site activities, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction process, from planning to commissioning, and will be able to demonstrate a full understanding of electrical safety rules and regulations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with stakeholders to manage construction activities, including progressing programmes, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Administering Electrical Safety Rules (ESR) and ensuring safety processes are upheld onsite.
- Liaising with Client Operations Teams throughout the construction phase.
- Receiving, managing, and issuing drawings for construction at site level, checking that construction meets design requirements.
- Working with team members to ensure delivery on site is done safely, efficiently, and is compliant.
- Overseeing, coordinating, and managing all completions.
- Managing sub-contractor onsite activities.
- Managing internal direct reports for the Construction team.
- Providing input into design reviews as required.
- Planning ahead, providing all necessary documentation, resources, tools, materials, consumables, H&S equipment, and transport to ensure safe and efficient construction.
- Managing and coordinating site Acceptance Testing as required.
- Managing the delivery of all 'As-Built' documentation throughout the onsite construction and commissioning phases.
- Completing site audits and inspections when required, ensuring the highest standard of quality is maintained.
