As a key member of the BRUSH Group team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and supervise site activities, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the construction process, from planning to commissioning, and will be able to demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in electrical construction. You will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders, managing programmes, and ensuring that all site activities are carried out in accordance with the Electrical Safety Rules.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with stakeholders to manage construction activities, including programme progression, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Administering the Electrical Safety Rules and ensuring that safety processes are upheld on site.
  • Liaising with Client Operations Teams throughout the construction phase.
  • Receiving, managing, and issuing drawings for construction at site level, checking that construction meets design requirements.
  • Working with the team to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery on site.
  • Overseeing, coordinating, and managing all completions.
  • Managing sub-contractor activities on site.
  • Managing internal direct reports for the Construction team.
  • Providing input into design reviews as required.
  • Planning and provision of documentation, resources, tools, materials, consumables, H&S equipment, and transport to ensure safe and efficient construction.
  • Managing and coordinating site Acceptance Testing as required.
  • Managing the delivery of 'As-Built' documentation throughout the onsite construction and commissioning phases.
  • Completing site audits and inspections as required, ensuring the highest standard of quality is maintained.
