Process Improvement Training Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a Process Improvement Training Specialist to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our EAT (Engineering Analytical Training) training process to support new and existing employees acquire new skills, knowledge, and attitude to meet the demands of the organization and help us achieve our challenging goals.
Responsibilities:
- Support site transformation towards best-in-class manufacturing facility
- Become site expert in Sealed Air EAT training process; training and support will be provided
- Develop and maintain bespoke training system for site manufacturing team that includes both new starters and existing colleagues, incorporating hierarchy of development standards to be met
- Work alongside site team to identify gaps in skills and competencies to provide focused training where required, improving overall site safety, quality, and efficiency
- Schedule and maintain training records, including compliance and food safety training, for site team
- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs by scheduling and participating in post-training assessments, analyzing performance data, and seeking feedback from participants and trainers
- Generate and maintain KPIs related to EAT Training Program
- Have results-driven mindset towards training to support site deliver performance targets, such as ZERO Harm, Flawless Quality, Output, Yield, and OTC
- Review existing SOPs, Risk Assessments, and other documentation with relevant subject matter experts to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
We are looking for a highly organized and methodical individual with exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, who is passionate about progressing self and others. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience coordinating training in a manufacturing environment and working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies on a multi-disciplinary environment.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
