Our client, a leading manufacturer of precision machined components, is seeking a Health and Safety Specialist to join their team in St-Neots. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining detailed knowledge of CNC machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of H&S legislation and procedures
- Conducting regular risk assessments
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of CNC machinery
- Improving quality inspection processes
- Leading a team of 7 people in quality compliance
Requirements:
- Experience in a QHSE role in a precision engineering environment
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Benefits:
- Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
- 23 days holiday rising after 2 years
