Continuous Improvement Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Facilitator to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, working closely with the site team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, scheduling and maintaining training records, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lean and six sigma methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development
- Schedule and maintain training records, including compliance and food safety training
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and generate KPIs related to employee development
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of lean and six sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees, management, and stakeholders
