We are looking for **a full time Project Coordinator **to support us in ensuring we provider great customer service on all our projects. Reporting to the General manager, you would be the first point of contact for all customer queries, coordinate project activities, be involved in sales and marketing as well as maintain the CRM database.

- Ability to understand technical drawings and extract relevant information from them.
- Ability to influence and manage customers’ expectations.
- Project management skills.
- Good commercial and business operations understanding.
- Experience in dealing with challenging customers.
- Experience of / willingness to work in a very small company with an “all hands on deck” attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent IT skills including MS suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), CRM system.
- Flexible and able to prioritise activities effectively and according to changing circumstances.
- Willing and able to take on challenges and deal with change.
- Communicate and liaise with main contractors, architects and engineers.
- Liaising with customers and estimating department to ensure our designs meet with client requirements and are within budget.
- From time to time undertaking design calculations for ensuring the safety of company products striving to eliminate health and safety risks in the design.
- From time to time attending project design meetings either on site or at customers offices/project sites
- Use of AutoCAD, producing drawings for client approval, detailed manufacturing drawings in accordance with agreed timescales, may be an advantage.

Must be prepared to travel and hold a full UK driving license
