Job Description
Penguin Recruitment is working with a well-established housebuilder to find a skilled Residential Planning Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK planning system and experience within a planning consultancy, housebuilder, or local authority.

As a Residential Planning Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing planning reports, conducting site appraisals, and monitoring changes in planning legislation.
  • Attending meetings, site visits, and public consultations as required.
  • Providing planning advice across multiple residential schemes.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Degree in Town Planning or a related field. Experience in a similar position is advantageous.

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
