Residential Youth Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and young people to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff members
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
• Proven experience working with vulnerable children and young people
