The successful candidate will work as a Planning Professional in our Cheshire office. As a Planning Professional, you will be responsible for assisting with a range of planning projects, including planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals. Your expertise will be utilised to plan and deliver projects of all types and scales, including residential, commercial, and leisure sectors.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a degree in Planning or similar. Ideally, you would be working towards entry into the Royal Town Planning Institute or already be a member. You will develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and contribute to the growth and success of Penguin Recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Planning or similar
  • Working towards RTPI membership or already a member
  • Excellent technical knowledge of planning principles

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum. The salary offered will depend on your level of experience.
