Job Title: Residential Development Coordinator

Penguin Recruitment is currently working with a well-established housebuilder seeking a skilled Residential Development Coordinator to join their office in Warrington.

About the Job:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications for residential developments.
  • Engage with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Support site promotion through Local Plans and strategic planning processes.
  • Prepare planning reports, conduct site appraisals, and monitor changes in planning legislation.
  • Attend meetings, site visits, and public consultations as required.
  • Provide planning advice across multiple residential schemes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Town Planning or a related field.
  • Experience in planning consultancy, housebuilding, or local authority is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the UK planning system and relevant laws.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience + Excellent Benefits
