Job Description:
The role of a Precision Planning Specialist at Watkin Jones is to play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of our projects. Reporting directly to the Operations Directors, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of construction projects
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor and control project costs and budgets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a construction planner or project coordinator
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A degree in construction management or a related field
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
