Precision Planning Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Precision Planning Specialist to join our team at Watkin Jones. This role involves creating and maintaining detailed project programmes and schedules to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project programmes and schedules.
- Collaborate with site teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to align on project objectives.
- Produce critical path progress reports, forecasts, and plans for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Work with the internal Costing team to accurately calculate and allocate resources for each project phase.
Requirements
- Experience in construction planning, ideally within PBSA or BTR sectors.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in ASTA construction project management software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- An ability to think critically and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
- A high level of attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
