Bighorn Law seeks a seasoned Legal Operations Specialist to join our dynamic family law team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the preparation of legal documents, filing motions, and leveraging legal software with precision. Your exceptional organizational skills will be instrumental in maintaining our case filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • We require an individual who can adeptly communicate with court personnel, adversaries, and file documents online through the Judiciary court system.
  • As a key member of our team, you will assist lawyers in preparing for trial by organizing exhibits, conducting research on legal articles, and coordinating witnesses.
  • Maintaining our case filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly sorted and easily accessible, is a critical responsibility.
  • You will conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues.
  • You will support lawyers in preparing legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence, including interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting is mandatory.
  • Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in writing and grammar.
  • Prior paralegal professional certification or advanced education in paralegal studies is highly preferred.

This role comes with an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
