**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join Bethnal, a leading UK safety company, as a Regional Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our sales team in the South-West and South Wales region.

The ideal candidate will have a consultative selling style and deep knowledge of H&S legislation and PPE products. They will work closely with our distribution sales team members to establish trust and effective working relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Seeking alignment with existing national accounts and independent distribution partners
  • Promoting new PPE innovations to the market
  • SUPPORTING SALES DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS WITH REGULAR END-USERTERMINAL CALLS

The role also involves attending trade exhibitions and events across the UK.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a basic salary range of £42,500 - £50,000 (DOE) plus commission incentive, company car/allowance, and generous ancillary benefits.
