Job Overview

The Sales and Business Development Ambassador will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, emails, and social selling to identify and qualify potential clients. They will also book qualified meetings for the business development team and build and maintain a pipeline of leads using the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role. You must be self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with high volumes of outbound activity. A results-driven mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets is essential, as is excellent communication skills and the ability to engage prospects confidently. Organised and proficient in CRM tools and lead tracking are also essential skills.

What We Offer

This role comes with a competitive basic salary between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum, plus a commission structure. The company also offers career growth and development opportunities within a supportive team, training to help you develop your sales and outreach skills, and hybrid working arrangements.

Earned Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (basic salary + commission)
