CRM Strategy Lead

As a CRM Manager at 3Search, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through effective customer relationship management. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer experience and retention.

- Optimising CRM touchpoints across multiple channels
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing CRM strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Monitoring and analysing CRM metrics to inform data-driven decisions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- At least 5 years of experience in CRM, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot or other large CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
