Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategist to drive key conversion and lifecycle campaigns for our B2C and B2B markets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM strategy, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies across the UK and EU markets
  • Drive key conversion and lifecycle campaigns for B2C & B2B
  • Personalise customer interactions, enhance segmentation, and optimise CRM touchpoints across multiple channels

Requirements:

  • CRM experience in B2C & B2B
  • Experience with HubSpot or other large CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
