Customer Relationship Management Strategist

The role of Crm Manager at 3Search involves leading the development and implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) strategies across the UK and EU markets. The successful candidate will drive key conversion and lifecycle campaigns for B2C & B2B, focusing on personalising customer interactions, enhancing segmentation, and optimising CRM touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategy to drive business growth
- Implement data-driven approaches to improve customer engagement and retention
- Analyse and interpret customer data to inform marketing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM strategy and implementation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
