About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing operations department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Design and execute conversion and lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels
  • Analyse data insights to inform personalisation and segmentation decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise CRM touchpoints and elevate customer experience
Requirements:
  • Proven CRM expertise in B2C & B2B environments
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
