Job Description: Account Growth Specialist

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Tasks:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in account management or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Salary and Benefits:
