About the Job:
We are seeking a Business Development Leader to join our team at Digitas Health London. As a senior member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships.
Job Description:
- Take ownership of specific accounts and proactively identify opportunities to grow the business
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional results for clients
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure profitable growth
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across different geographies
Requirements:
- Extensive account management experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical markets
- Proven ability to develop and execute vision and strategy for brands
- Experience in delivering change management programs and implementing process improvements
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and financial/budget management experience
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and drive business development initiatives
- Knowledge of marketing principles and integrated communications
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £92,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
