About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team at Digitas Health London, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships. This is a critical role that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of specific accounts and identify opportunities to grow the business
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional results for clients
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure profitable growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across different geographies

Requirements:

  • Extensive account management experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical markets
  • Proven ability to develop and execute vision and strategy for brands
  • Experience in delivering change management programs and implementing process improvements
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial/budget management experience
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and drive business development initiatives
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and integrated communications
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
