About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Crm Manager to lead our customer relationship management (CRM) efforts across the UK and EU markets. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement CRM strategies that drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance retention.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive key conversion and lifecycle campaigns for B2C & B2B
  • Personalise customer interactions through data-driven approaches
  • Optimise CRM touchpoints across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Proven experience in CRM strategy and implementation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
