Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Lease Administration Assistant to join our EMEA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with data center leases across the region, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful technical and administrative results. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, and to contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Extract and track compliance requirements from customer leases, communicating with customers to ensure timely completion
- Manage cross-functional teams to initiate and meet requirements for customer leases, ensuring seamless delivery of services
- Develop and maintain accurate dashboards of properties and their specifications, milestones, and statistics for executive review
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating issues and resolutions as needed
- Work closely with design, engineering, construction, and security teams to ensure alignment on lease provisions and customer requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or Legal, with ability to comprehend and create actionable insights from complex documents
- Professional experience in contract/lease management, commercial construction, operations management, or customer project management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate sensitive information to customers
