Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lease Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience and Lease Compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sites across the EMEA region are compliant with data center leases. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with exceptional service, ensuring that their data center operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lease management, with experience in managing technical leases in the data center, commercial real estate, or equivalent industry. You will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of lease compliance for sites across the EMEA region
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Ensure that all lease agreements are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate customer move-ins, projects, and audits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or Legal
- At least 2 years of experience in lease management, contract management, or equivalent industry
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
