Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to join our Customer Experience and Lease Compliance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sites across the EMEA region are compliant with data center leases. You will work closely with our Senior Manager to deliver cross-functional projects and deadlines, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing technical leases in the data center, commercial real estate, or equivalent industry. You will possess exceptional integrity, attention to detail, and excellent judgment in handling sensitive information. Strong communication, project management, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of customer relationships, including lease compliance, customer requests, and audits.
- Provide customers with visibility to performance and maintenance of their data modules on our Portal.
- Track and report on customer service levels (SLAs) and generate monthly customer electricity bills based on consumption.
- Coordinate customer move-ins, projects, and audits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of lease compliance processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or Legal.
- At least 2 years of experience in contract/lease management, commercial construction, operations management, controls/systems engineering, or customer project management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Ability to keep information strictly confidential and communicate sensitive information to customers.
