**Role**: Customer Support Administrator & Warehouse Operative
**Salary**: £24,000 per annum
**Hours**: 40 hours per week, worked across Monday to Friday (Saturdays as required paid overtime)
**Location**: Newport (NP19)
Genpower is the exclusive distributor for Hyundai Power Products for the UK and Ireland.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Customer Support Administrator & warehouse operative to join our team. This is an exciting and varied role involving both administrative and warehouse work to support our warehousing and 3PL operations. The role will be split between office administration and general warehouse support as per the needs of the business. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, supporting general enquiries, supporting the warehouse with stock control, picking goods, goods in and out and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
The role is based at our Newport site - a 100,000 sq ft new build, with 16,000 pallet capacity and 10 loading docks.
**Main duties**:
- Providing general administrative support for our 3PL customers in line with our core business processes.
- Organising collections and leasing with the warehouse for container drop offs.
- Compiling invoices and end of month stock figures for 3PL customers.
- Supporting the goods-in team on the scheduled 3PL deliveries.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Scanning documents.
- Adhering to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
- Consolidating all the dispatch notes to create manifests.
- Tracking stock movements between Genpower sites, covering for all different order types, transactions and stock systems.
- Recording, tracking and reporting on the findings.
- Liaising with departments to resolve internal stock queries.
- General day-to-day administrative tasks to support the business operation.

**Skills, qualifications and/or experience required**:
- Previous administration experience (2 years+) ideally within a similar working environment.
- Warehouse environment experience
- Working knowledge of stock systems and processes.
- Good telephone manners and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Good problem solving skills to be able to look at various information from multiple system and piece together scenarios based on facts
- Analytical mindset and problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Works with initiative to achieve results.
