Job Overview

We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all sites across the EMEA region are compliant with data center leases. This will involve assisting the Senior Manager with cross-functional deliverables and deadlines for all lease commencements and supporting day-to-day obligations to customers regarding operations, monitoring, and Service Level Agreements (SLA).

The ideal candidate will have experience managing technical leases in the data center, commercial real estate, or equivalent industry and possess exceptional integrity, attention-to-detail, and excellent judgment in handling sensitive information. Excellent communication, cross-functional project management, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical leases in the data center, commercial real estate, or equivalent industry
  • Assist the Senior Manager with cross-functional deliverables and deadlines for all lease commencements
  • Support day-to-day obligations to customers regarding operations, monitoring, and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Coordinate customer move-ins, projects, and audits
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or Legal
  • Professional experience in contract/lease management, commercial construction, operations management, controls/systems engineering, or customer project management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Superior organization skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
