Customer Service Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for raising job cards, booking in jobs, and managing a team of 6-8 service maintenance and repair tradesmen. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves dealing with customer enquiries, suppliers, external contractors, and engineers/technicians.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling telephone calls, computer literacy, and good knowledge of the local area. On-site car parking is available, and car ownership is essential for occasional travel to customer sites and client meetings.
