Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager at Glenn Cleaning & Support Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. Your primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in sales, negotiation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for identifying and developing strategies to drive business growth, primarily working in the field across the Northampton to London region. This role requires meeting and presenting our services to potential new customers, with one day per week spent in our Bedford office.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of successful sales experience in the cleaning industry or related service sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven approach, with proactive problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Compensation and Benefits
