Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £40,000-£55,000 plus bonus.

Job Description

This Customer Success Strategist role will play a vital part in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will work closely with clients to drive product adoption and uncover new growth opportunities.

Your mission will be to build lasting partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximising retention, and turning clients into advocates who refer others to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage c30 customers across mid-market, enterprise, and government bodies
  2. Understand customer requirements and priorities, building long-lasting, successful relationships
  3. Hold regular value review meetings, sharing insights and tracking goals
  4. Proactively solve problems and strengthen transparency
  5. Monitor order patterns to forecast income and mitigate risk
  6. Collaborate across teams to resolve issues, improve retention, and share best practices
  7. Own the entire customer lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure great outcomes
  8. Manage regulatory and legal risks through effective contract management
  9. Use specialist knowledge to advise and guide customers on compliance and industry regulation
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, providing insight and education to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer success or growth account management roles
  • Confident building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients
  • A track record of delighting customers, expanding revenue, and mitigating customer churn
  • Tech-savvy with experience utilising software to manage accounts
