Job Description

The Business Growth Strategist at The Post At Mint Hill Llc is responsible for creating win/win outcomes that lead to revenue growth for the company. This role requires strong business acumen, consultative sales skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work together to create and deliver customized sales solutions that address client needs
  • Innovate with purpose to create competitive and meaningful sales strategies
  • Develop a roadmap for success over time that fosters client satisfaction, growth, and trust

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional sales & marketing experience
  • 3+ years of tourism/destination marketing experience
  • Client management experience or sales experience (client side, ad solutions, direct marketing, agency experience)
  • Multi-disciplined marketer versed across key marketing components
  • Self-motivated with ability to identify opportunities and assess client objectives
