The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have extensive experience in business analysis and a proven track record of driving data-driven decision making.
  • Will be able to collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Will provide strategic direction and leadership to the business analysis team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Will collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business, product, and delivery objectives and drive alignment between their strategies and analysis activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a small team of Decision Support Analysts to support our stakeholders to grow an effective business analysis capability.
  • Providing commercial modelling to support new business propositions and renegotiate existing contracts.
  • Overseeing the gathering and documentation of business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
  • Utilizing data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and recommending strategies to drive business growth.
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in business analysis.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Techincal capability in SQL, Tableau, advanced Excel.
