Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Glenn Cleaning & Support Services.
This is a field-based role covering the Northampton to London region, with regular meetings and presentations to potential new customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the cleaning industry or related service sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
