Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Glenn Cleaning & Support Services. This is a field-based role covering the Northampton to London region, with regular meetings and presentations to potential new customers.

About the Role

This position involves identifying and developing strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base. As a key member of our sales team, you will spend one day per week in our Bedford office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  2. Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the cleaning industry or related service sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
