We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at Richmond Fellowship's Robin Hood Avenue. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Provide guidance and support in domestic and financial management skills
  • Assist individuals in accessing work, leisure, or educational opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a high-quality service

Requirements

We are looking for someone with relevant experience in mental health support, preferably with an understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience. A caring and compassionate nature, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping others are essential. You will need to be happy to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to participate in a weekly rota system and on-call duties.
