Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated pharmacist to join our team at Phoenix Medical Supplies. As a community healthcare specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and effective management of medications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines
* Provide medication counseling and support to patients, addressing their questions and concerns
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
* Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management
* Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory
