Job Summary

To provide high-quality administrative support to the Healthcare Team and Prison Staff, ensuring a responsive and coordinated service to service users and staff.

Support our partner organizations by working in an integrated manner to provide administration services across Stoke Heath Integrated Care.

Main Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for internal staff and external agencies for referrals, hospital appointments, and general service enquiries.
  • Receive and communicate messages accurately to the healthcare team as appropriate.
  • Log complaints as required and support the team in effective complaint management.
  • Deal with patient referrals, processing and coordinating with service-specific protocols to assist with patient care.
  • Coordinate clinical and non-clinical appointment arrangements, including changes, cancellations, and additional needs.
  • Utilize office systems, including diaries and information systems, and undertake general office duties as necessary.
  • Take minutes as required and type them to a good quality.
