About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and organized Healthcare Administrator to join our team at Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-quality support to our healthcare team and ensure a seamless service to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including diary coordination, meeting arrangements, and communication with internal staff and external agencies.
- Process patient referrals, ensuring they are coordinated with service-specific protocols to enhance patient care.
- Log complaints and support the team in effective complaint management, as directed.
- Utilize office systems, including diaries and information systems, to undertake general office duties as necessary.
- Take minutes as required and type them to a high standard.

Requirements
- Experience of working within an administration role, including diary coordination and arranging meetings.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and minute-taking experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team and possess good organizational skills.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Business Administration and GCE/GCSE in Mathematics and English at Grade C or above.
