About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse to join our client, a dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Team in a CQC-registered independent hospital located in Market Weighton.

This purpose-built facility is designed to support males with mental health challenges on their journey to recovery, providing person-centred and recovery-focused care.

About the Service

The hospital offers a safe and structured environment that facilitates gradual integration into the local community.

With a capacity to accommodate up to 15 individuals, the service progresses patients from admission to living semi-independently in an on-site flat scheme, and ultimately to a residential setting upon discharge.

The hospital is an open service with the ability to secure the premises to ensure the safety of the service users.

The Role

As a Staff Nurse, you will be an integral part of a team that is committed to promoting recovery and independence.

You will play a key role in helping individuals achieve their goals of community integration, enhanced daily living skills, and a deeper understanding of their mental health and associated risks.

You will be working in a supportive environment that values collaboration, person-centred care, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Qualified Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse
