Recovery Focus is a leading provider of mental health services, and we're seeking a dedicated Recovery Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We're looking for a caring and compassionate individual to work with our service users to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community. As a Recovery Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing personal support plans, helping service users access work, leisure, or educational opportunities, and providing guidance on domestic and finance management skills.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with relevant experience in mental health support, preferably with an understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience. You'll need to be empathetic, enthusiastic, and willing to work independently and as part of a team. A weekly rota system and on-call duties are also a requirement.
